Shipping Policy

All items purchased from our online store are carefully packaged and shipped within 7 days of the purchase date. Our shipping schedule includes dispatches on both Tuesdays and Fridays, ensuring that you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your parols and other products in a timely manner.

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery of your items. The specific carrier and shipping method may vary depending on your location and the size of the items in your order.

Shipping costs are determined based on the total order value, shipping method, and your delivery location. You can view the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

At this time, we primarily offer shipping within the United States and Canada (Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada additional fees apply). If you are interested in international shipping, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We take great care to ensure that our products, especially our delicate parols, are meticulously protected during the shipping process. We understand the fragility of these items and do our utmost best to safeguard them for their journey to your doorstep. However, it is important to note that carriers may not always exercise the same level of caution when delivering your items, which can result in breakages.

 

Please refer to our Return Policy below for details on how we address any breakages or damages that may occur during shipping. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

For items that were damaged in shipping it is imperative that you message us within 3 days of receiving the product at shopfarols@gmail.com to ensure we can send a replacement in a timely manner. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely content with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our return policy to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email our customer service at shopfarols@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.

  3. Include your proof of purchase.

  4. Mail your return to the address provided in the email sent by a ShopFarols.com team member.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Returns for Farols will not be accepted. Exchanges, however, may be made if the product is damaged in shipping or faulty in any way, at ShopFarols.com's discretion.
